The Berry Center for Integrity in Leadership is hosting "Finding the Leader Within," a panel discussion facilitated by Dr. Bob Reimer. The conversation will feature recent Berry graduates representing a variety of fields, including teaching and engineering, who will share their experiences entering the workforce and taking on leadership responsibilities early in their careers. Panelists will have the opportunity to reflect on the challenges of transitioning from college into professional roles, the opportunities they’ve embraced as young leaders, and the lessons they’ve learned about character, resilience, and growth along the way.
