Mr. Murphy is speaking as part of the Hate Has No Place event series, a campus initiative that intends to address the recent surge of anti-Semitic actions (including flyer distribution, vandalism, and harassments) that have been taking place in North Georgia. Rather than simply issuing a statement, Berry has chosen to help educate the community and create outlets for learning. This lecture will explore the history of Anti-Semitism to better understand why the Jewish people have been demonized through the centuries and continue to do so in the modern era.
